Our Promise
At Cillian & Fiona Galway, we want you to love what you ordered. We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, here is what you need to know before getting in touch.
What we accept
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. We are unable to process returns on items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing their tags.
What we do not accept
Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. This is made clear on the product page before you buy.
Return postage
Return postage is at your own expense, including any international shipping costs and customs or import charges that may apply. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not reach us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty item or we sent you the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cillianandfiona.com. We will arrange a resolution at no cost to you. Please include a clear photo of the issue with your message.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation by email.
How to start a return
Email us at info@cillianandfiona.com with your order number, the item you are returning, and your reason for returning it. We will confirm receipt and provide the return address. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be processed.
