Cillian & Fiona Galway is a fast-growing online fashion destination based in Galway, Ireland. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our brand to life visually across all channels.
Responsibilities
You will design attractive and on-brand graphic elements for our website, including banners, product images and other visual content. You will create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns and online advertisements. You will enhance the user experience through thoughtful designs that strengthen our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with our team to develop creative concepts that resonate with our target audience of women aged 35 to 65. You will ensure consistency across all visual communications and make sure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an e-commerce or fashion environment. You have excellent skills with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other relevant tools. You have a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. You are able to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have good communication skills and can collaborate effectively with different teams. A portfolio with examples of previous design work is required.

In this role, you will be the personal point of contact for our customers, helping them find their perfect piece and ensuring every interaction with our brand feels warm, professional and memorable.
Responsibilities
You will welcome customers via email, chat and social media and provide them with personal and expert advice on fashion and style. You will assist customers in choosing the right size and fit, ensuring every customer feels confident in their purchase. You will manage customer inquiries and returns with care and efficiency. You will support our team with day to day operations including order follow-up and aftersales communication. You will contribute to building a loyal community around the Cillian & Fiona Galway brand.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the fashion industry. You have strong communication skills and a warm, helpful attitude. You have a passion for fashion and a good sense of style and current trends. You are able to provide tailored advice and help customers find their ideal outfit. You are flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
