International Deliveries & Import Provisions

For certain products, shipping is carried out directly by our external supplier(s) in a third country, such as China. Cillian & Fiona Galway does not arrange the import of goods into Ireland or any other EU country. Goods are shipped directly to the delivery address provided by the customer.

For international shipments delivered from a country outside Europe, the customer is fully responsible for paying any import duties, customs costs, clearance costs and/or local VAT due upon receipt of the goods. These costs are not included in the sales price and are not collected, remitted or administered by Cillian & Fiona Galway.

As international shipments may be inspected by customs authorities, delays in delivery may occur. Any additional costs arising from clearance, storage, handling or inspection are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Cillian & Fiona Galway is not liable for any delay, damage or additional costs arising from the international shipping process.
